This restaurant in the city is becoming a star, not only because of the flavor in the Argentinean haute cuisine, but also because they bring to your table a grill where you really feel the grilled meat. But also because it is a concept called free grill. That is, you can eat whatever you want.
There is a menu of cuts included and you simply choose which ones you want to continue eating. The cuts included are: chistorra, Argentinean chorizo, beef sweetbread, vacio, steak, arrachera, ribs and pork loin.
All of good quality served to your table so that you feel the experience of an asado. The smell whets your appetite as you enter the restaurant and the sound of charcoal-grilled meat is a dream come true.
The atmosphere is very relaxed and nicely decorated. The idea was to do something like you might find in Argentina, the place where the concept of the restaurant was inspired.

The service is very good. From the entrance there is a valet that helps you not to look for parking. Then you are greeted by a hostess who helps you get settled. The waiters then explain the dynamics of the place so you can choose what you want. They are always very attentive to serve you and bring you whatever you need.
Another star of the place is the pitcher of sangria. Very fresh and with a lot of flavor, it completes the experience of eating as much meat as you want.
And finally, Chebolu has a series of delicious desserts. It’s really hard to choose. I decided to go for the traditional flan with dulce de leche. It was really good! But I was left wanting the tiramisu that was highly recommended by the waiters. I will have to try it on my next visit.
Chebolú also has an a la carte menu with great dishes. If you have someone with you who doesn’t eat a lot of meat, they have a salmon dish that is delicious.
